What if I enter invalid tracking details?

If as a seller you mistakenly entered invalid tracking details you should contact Trustap Support by clicking on Contact Us through your profile to make them aware of your mistake; you will be prompted to include the transaction description and your own email address.

You should also inform the buyer as the next step for both of you would be to reach out to our Trustap Support team again once the item has been delivered. This way we can manually confirm the delivery for you, initiating the 24 hour complaints period for the buyer before the funds are released.

However, the delivery cannot be manually confirmed by us until we receive confirmation from the buyer that the item has been delivered.
